Welcome to the Settlement Services, Inc. portal (“Portal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) available at portal.settlementservices.io . These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Portal. By using the Portal with an account issued by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Portal.
Eligibility
The Portal is intended for use only by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you
are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Creation and Security
Accounts are created and issued by the Portal for authorized clients and, where applicable, their designated employees. Clients are responsible for ensuring
that any of their employees who are granted accounts comply with these Terms. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login
credentials provided to them and for all activity conducted under their account. For security, the system may request additional verification through a
One-Time Password (“OTP”) when login attempts are made from a new device, internet protocol (“IP”) address, or location.
Authorized Use
Access to the Portal is restricted to authorized clients and their authorized employees who have been issued accounts on the Portal. Clients remain fully
responsible for the actions taken by their authorized employees under accounts associated with their organization. Accounts may not be shared, transferred,
or reassigned without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of the Portal may result in suspension or termination of access and potential legal
action.
Confidentiality of Information
The Portal contains highly confidential information, including policy contracts and medical records. Clients and their authorized employees must maintain
strict confidentiality of all documents and records accessed through the Portal. Any breach of confidentiality by a client or any of its authorized
employees shall be deemed a breach by the client’s organization.
Data Protection
Use of the Portal is also governed by our
Privacy Policy
, which explains how we collect, store, and protect personal information. By using the Portal, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Availability and Changes
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Portal but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or
discontinue any part of the Portal without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access due to misuse or disclosure of credentials,
temporary downtime or service interruptions, or reliance on information provided within the Portal.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Portal if these Terms are violated. Clients may request the termination of their own accounts or those of their
employees by contacting

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada.
